Joshua B. Rosenzweig has practiced law in the State and Federal Courts of Illinois since 2006. Mr. Rosenzweig maintains a general practice, which combines both transactional and litigation matters. The focus of Mr. Rosenzweig’s practice is on real estate, estate planning and the representation of small businesses.

 

Mr. Rosenzweig believes that effective representation is the product of clear, direct and honest communication with his clients. When representing clients, whether it be a million-dollar commercial transaction, the preparation of a revocable living trust or litigation involving a breach of contract, Mr. Rosenzweig’s objective is to ensure that his clients’ goals are achieved. Achieving his clients’ goals is accomplished by understanding the clients’ rights in each situation that arises during the course of representation.

 

Mr. Rosenzweig is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the DuPage County Bar Association, the Kane County Bar Association and the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce. He served as General Counsel to the Kane County Bar Association for five years from 2012 through 2017, and he was named as an Emerging Lawyer in 2015, 2016 and 2019.

 

When he is not advocating for the rights of his clients, Mr. Rosenzweig enjoys spending time with his wife, Sharon, and two kids, Emma and Daniel. He also enjoys exercising, and remains loyal to his roots as a fan of all Detroit sports teams and his alma mater, the University of Michigan.
