Marc Cervantes is a shareholder at Cervantes Chatt & Prince P.C. Mr. Cervantes graduated from Indiana University in May 1997 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. In May 2000, he earned a Juris Doctor from St. Louis University School of Law. After law school, Mr. Cervantes worked as an Assistant State's Attorney in the Office of the Cook County State's Attorney Bureau of Criminal Prosecutions. Mr. Cervantes entered the private sector in March 2003 as an associate attorney practicing real estate law at Worker Sitko and Hoffman. Before co-founding Cervantes & Cioffi LLP in September 2007, Mr. Cervantes maintained a solo practice in downtown Chicago under the name of Law Offices of Marc A. Cervantes. Mr. Cervantes is a member of the American Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association and Chicago Bar Association. He is also an Auxiliary Board Member of the Big Shoulders Fund.
